We see them fighting over the TV remote, their pathetic forays into experimental sex, breaking wind in the bath, playing with a train set in the toilet, golf-hoovering and the day Mrs. Dewsbury set the cat on her husband. "The Dewsburys" is a startlingly frank insight into the thwarted lives of a flawed suburban couple as they unfold, full of petty frustrations and largely unfulfilled lust. It features 96 black and white cartoons.
About the Author
Banx has been a professional cartoonist in England for the last 25 years. His cartoons and strips have appeared in Punch, Private Eye, She, the Mail on Sunday, the News Statesman, the Daily Express and numerous newspapers, magazines, comics and books all over the world. He has been the Financial Times' daily cartoonist since 1989.
