There are no quick laughs or easy page-turners, but the graphics do provide witty, entertaining access to intense issues. Lots of detailed, serious commentary frames the cartoons, and each volume begins with a long introduction that includes a history of the debate as well as a summary of court decisions and current viewpoints.
