Psychologist, entrepreneur, and musician Gamez produces motivational and self-hypnosis tapes, hosts a cable television show, and claims over 20 years of experience with creativity enhancement. He asserts that "we are all creative all the time" but believes that most of us are not aware of it. This statement, which is the theme of the book, is followed by everyday examples of creativity. The book goes on to explore the stages of the creative process and ways to acquire new tools to enhance creativity. Especially when one considers the subject matter, this is an uninspiring and uninteresting work. Libraries in need of works on enhancing creativity in adults would do better with Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi's Creativity (LJ 6/15/96). (Illustrations not seen.)?January Adams, Franklin Twp.
